• Do you take custom orders or commissions? 

Yes, we take custom orders and commissions. You can request a piece here. 

• ​How long will it take to receive my RMoore Creates custom piece?

It will take an average of 1 -2 weeks until you receive your order. ​

• My piece was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

Unfortunately, the postal service is not always gentle with our packages. If your piece arrived damaged please email us at rmoorecreates@gmail.com with pictures and we will figure out a solution. 

• How much are shipping costs? 

Shipping costs will vary according to size of the package and location. Once the item is in your cart you will be able to see the total costs. 

• Do you ship internationally? 

No, we only ship in the US!
